I know it’s been a while, but…

I was lucky enough to be asked to write a guest post on Truth2BeingFit, Jody’s awesome health and fitness blog. At 53, Jody is in amazing shape. I should be so lucky to be as fit as her in 10 years.

If you want to check it out, here is a link to the guest post on Truth2BeingFit at www.Truth2BeingFit.com.

    Hi,
I had suffered with binge eating disorder for about 45 years. I too have overcome my craziness with this disorder. What you have done sounds very similar to me. I am eating what I want and found a way to eat it in moderation.
I have recently started a coaching business because my life’s dream was to be able to end the madness for myself and devote the rest of my life to helping others do the same.
If you have the time, would you be kind enough to educate me as to how to use blogging to get the word out? I would love to help as many people as I can overcome their binge eating disorder and reclaim their lives. Thanks so much, Julie
